Job summary

Ignite. is seeking a Turkish-speaking Customer Advisor to join our Lisbon team. You will act as a dedicated consultant for SMBs, guiding clients through social commerce and advertising solutions to grow their online presence and optimize ad spend.

Responsibilities include multichannel support, issue resolution, merchant education, and providing product insights. The role requires on-site work in Lisbon and full right to work in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent Turkish and strong English communication skills are required.
• On-site work eligibility in Lisbon, Portugal with no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to navigate CRM tools, databases, and chat software effectively.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends/public holidays.
• Experience in customer service or ecommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide multichannel customer care via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot ad performance, billing disputes, and account settings.
• Educate merchants on platform tools, ad features, and optimization strategies.
• Identify product bugs or feedback trends and route to engineering teams.
• Maintain precise CRM interaction logs in compliance with GDPR.
