Divinemythsstudio in Lisbon is seeking a motivated customer support agent to join our international, ambitious team. You will help SMB clients understand advertising products, resolve account issues, and maximize growth using our leading global social media and digital advertising platform.

You’ll provide multi‑channel assistance (phone, email and chat), support self‑service advertising tools, deliver pre‑ and post‑sales help, and guide customers to use the platform more effectively.

Qualificações

• Native Turkish language required.
• English B2 or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with social media and online advertising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Valid Portuguese work authorization is mandatory.

About the Role

Join an international customer experience team in Lisbon and support small and medium-sized businesses using a leading global social media and digital advertising platform.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You'll help business clients understand advertising products, solve account and platform-related issues, and make better use of digital tools to grow their business.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Native Turkish

Compensation

With company accommodation:
€1,069.22 gross/month total package

Without company accommodation:
€1,360.89 gross/month total package

Holiday allowance, Christmas allowance and meal allowance are included. Additional night/weekend shift allowances may apply.

Schedule

40 hours per week on rotational shifts.
