A leading global customer experience team is seeking a Turkish speaker to provide support to small and medium-sized businesses in Lisbon. You will assist clients with digital advertising tools and share insights to help them grow their businesses. This on-site role offers comprehensive training, flexible shifts, and relocation support for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles.
• Familiarity with online advertising and social media concepts is a plus.

• Ability to learn fast and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality support to SMB clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist customers before and after sales to ensure smooth use of digital advertising tools.
• Share product insights to help clients optimize their business growth.
• Identify and communicate trends or issues to internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Adapt quickly to changing needs and continuously develop your knowledge about digital platforms.
