CloserHire is recruiting native Turkish-speaking Advertising Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal, to assist SMBs with pre- and post-sales queries across chat, email, and phone. You will help clients navigate online advertising tools, resolve technical issues, and deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

The role requires Turkish fluency, good English, and a customer-focused mindset.

A working week in Lisbon, Portugal, in Turkish. 1138.66€ with accomodation.

A typical day

You’ll spend most of it on provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across chat, email, and phone channels in both Turkish and English, support advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service advertising products, assist clients with platform tools and features to improve their advertising experience, troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and support clients in resolving technical concerns, identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple business clients, and conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner.

Less often, you’ll also work as part of a multilingual and motivated support team.

Would you fit?

We’re looking for someone with native-level fluency in Turkish, english proficiency for communication and training purposes, interest in online advertising, technology, and digital platforms, strong written and verbal communication skills, customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client interactions, and comfortable supporting business clients across multiple communication channels.
