Pkrecruiting in Lisbon is seeking native Turkish-speaking Advertising Support Specialists for an international digital advertising project in Portugal. You will support business clients in Turkish and English across chat, email, and phone, helping them navigate advertising tools and resolve issues.

The role offers a 12-month contract, a 40-hour week with shifts from 06:00 to 23:00, training in English, health insurance from day one, and a meal allowance.

Responsabilidades

Role

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across chat, email, and phone channels in both Turkish and English
• Support advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service advertising products
• Assist clients with platform tools and features to improve their advertising experience
• Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and support clients in resolving technical concerns
• Identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple business clients
• Conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Work as part of a multilingual and motivated support team

Offer

• Employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months
