Product Pulse in Lisbon is recruiting native Turkish-speaking Advertising Support Specialists for an international digital advertising project. You will support SMBs via chat, email and phone in Turkish and English, helping them navigate advertising tools and resolve issues.

The role offers a 40-hour work week with shifts from 06:00 to 23:00, a 12-month contract, a 13-day English training, and comprehensive onboarding including software and customer management.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Turkish
• English proficiency for communication and training purposes
• Interest in online advertising, technology, and digital platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMBs across chat, email, and phone in Turkish and English
• Support advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service advertising products
• Assist clients with platform tools and features to improve their advertising experience
• Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and help clients resolve technical concerns
• Identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple business clients
• Conduct outbound calls to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Work as part of a multilingual and motivated support team

Your Role:

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across chat, email, and phone channels in both Turkish and English
• Support advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service advertising products
• Assist clients with platform tools and features to improve their advertising experience
• Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and support clients in resolving technical concerns
• Identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple business clients
• Conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Work as part of a multilingual and motivated support team

Your Qualifications

  The Offer:

  • Employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months
  • One-month trial period after contract signature
  • Training period of 13 days conducted in English
