Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMBs across chat, email, and phone in Turkish and English.
• Assist advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales inquiries about self-service products.
• Help clients navigate platform tools to improve advertising experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide clients in resolving technical concerns.
• Identify trends and recurring issues across multiple clients.
• Conduct outbound calls when needed to resolve queries promptly.
