CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit native Turkish-speaking Advertising Support Specialists for an international digital advertising project in Portugal. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about online advertising, social media, and technology.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Turkish
• English proficiency for communication and training purposes

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMBs across chat, email, and phone in Turkish and English
• Support advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service products
• Assist clients with platform tools and features to improve their advertising experience
• Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and help resolve technical concerns
• Identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple clients
• Conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure queries are resolved promptly
• Work as part of a multilingual, motivated support team

About the role

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across chat, email, and phone channels in both Turkish and English
• Support advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service advertising products
• Assist clients with platform tools and features to improve their advertising experience
• Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and support clients in resolving technical concerns
• Identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple business clients
• Conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Work as part of a multilingual and motivated support team

Salary

1138.66€ with accomodation

Benefits

• Employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months
• One-month trial period after contract signature
• Training period of 13 days conducted in English
• Full onboarding including software, product, customer management, and on-the-job training
• Workplace based in Lisbon 40-hour work week with rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 23:00
