Career Nest Academy in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Digital Ads Specialist for Turkish speakers to support SMB advertisers on our on-site team. You will troubleshoot ad placements, optimize campaigns, and help clients grow their businesses using digital advertising tools.

The role requires EU/EEA citizenship or Portuguese work permit, native Turkish with strong English (B2/C1+), and willingness to relocate or be based locally. 40 hours/week with rotating shifts including weekends.

Careers in Lisbon: Digital Ads Specialist for Turkish Speakers (EU Passport Holders Only - Relocation & Apartment Included)

Role: Digital Advertising & Client Support Specialist (Turkish & English)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Working Hours: 40 hours/week (Rotational shifts Monday–Sunday, between 06:00 – 23:00)

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid EU/EEA Passport or an existing, unrestricted Portuguese Work Permit. Visa sponsorship is not provided. Applications without valid EU working rights will not be processed.

About the Role

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Turkish market, helping them troubleshoot ad placements, optimize campaign performance, and grow their businesses through digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and operational support to SMB advertisers via Live Chat, Email, and Phone in both Turkish and English.
• Troubleshoot campaign performance issues, account settings, ad delivery, and billing queries.
• Deliver proactive guidance on self-service advertising features and platform tools.
• Identify platform trends, report bugs, and ensure seamless client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid EU / EEA Citizenship (EU Passport) or valid Portuguese Work Permit (Strictly mandatory).
• Native or near-native fluency in Turkish and strong working proficiency in English (B2/C1+).
• Strong interest in digital advertising, social media platforms, and customer care.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shift patterns (including weekends).
• Ready to relocate to Lisbon or already based locally.

  • Option with Accommodation: Company-provided modern apartment + base salary (Total Gross Package: ~€1,338/month).
