• Record interactions, requests and outcomes in internal databases and support tools accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments to investigate issues and resolve requests requiring additional help.
• Identify recurring concerns and relay feedback to improve service quality and processes.
• Stay updated on product updates, service offerings, procedures, and policies through training.
