Accord Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Support Specialist in Portugal to assist the commercial team with the full tender lifecycle, from analysis to submission and customer communication.

You will coordinate with logistics and the Country Manager, ensuring timely documentation and smooth tender processes while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Knowledge and/or skills in MS Office.
• Previous experience in tenders would be an asset.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support the commercial team in national tender participation following a public procurement procedure; assist teams with the full tender process.
• Analyze and prepare tender documents.
• Submit documentation for internal approval (TAN) and follow up.
• Handle tender submissions.
• Communicate information on our products to customers.
• Act as the link between the customer and logistics; take calls and answer questions.
