Job summary

Roche Diagnostics in Lisbon invites a dedicated final-year student or recent graduate to join the Tenders team for a 1-year internship. You will work on data management, support proposal workflows, and gain exposure to commercial operations in healthcare tenders.

You should be fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English, with strong data literacy, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. This hybrid role offers practical experience, mentorship, and opportunities to influence tender

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Public Management/Administration, Information Management, Health Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Strong digital and data literacy; able to turn data into structured reports.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail with deadlines.
• Fluent Portuguese and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Streamline operations and explore digital tools to optimize daily workflows.
• Support end-to-end proposal management and enhance tender tools.
• Maintain data quality across tender management systems.
• Generate strategic insights from tender and pricing data for reports and dashboards.
• Ensure documentation control and meet submission deadlines.
