Job summary

WO Group in Porto, Portugal, seeks a seasoned Tender Manager to structure and secure the entire tender response process and coordinate related operations. The role combines project management with hands-on operational alignment across local teams and France HQ.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project coordination within airport services or labor-intensive sectors, native Portuguese, strong English, and proven cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in project management and coordination.
• Experience in the airport sector or labor-intensive service industries is preferred.
• Fluency in Portuguese with professional English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire tender response cycle and structure responses for consistency and cost control.
• Coordinate local contributors and Headquarters (France) to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Act as the operational relay for awarded contracts and translate tender commitments into on-the-ground execution.
• Ensure continuity between the commercial and operational phases.
