Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Tender Manager to join our international industrial client in Portugal. The role requires a technical background and proven experience overseeing full bid lifecycles, with excellent coordination across multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will drive strategic bidding, collaborate with commercial, technical, and operations teams, and ensure timely, high-quality proposals that support growth objectives. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience managing bid and proposal processes for multinational clients and large-scale projects.
• Background in critical infrastructure, engineering services, industrial solutions, or technically driven environments.
• Fluency in English (C1 or above).

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate strategic bidding activities across a portfolio of key accounts.
• Partner with commercial, technical, and operational teams to develop compelling and competitive proposals.
• Lead proposal planning and submission processes, ensuring high quality standards and timely delivery.
• Support business growth initiatives by contributing to bid strategies and customer engagement plans.
• Act as a central point of coordination between all internal stakeholders involved in the pursuit process.
• Monitor performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and promote best practices across bid management activities.
• Ensure smooth collaboration throughout the sales cycle while maintaining a strong focus on customer expectations and business objectives.
