Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a dedicated Tender Management Senior Specialist to drive EU tender processes, ensuring compliant, high-quality submissions for the EU Commission and other EU bodies. You will lead from requirement screening to submission, coordinating internal teams and external partners with precision.

You will screen calls for tenders, provide insights to leadership, and assemble administrative and technical documents.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, public administration, public policy or international relations.
• Over five years of experience managing complex tender submissions for the EU Commission or similar institutions.
• Strong ability to analyze EU funding calls and identify opportunities for BCG.
• Capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and preparing administrative documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for designated tenders and coordinate the entire tender process from requirement screening to tender submission
• Support screening of relevant calls for tenders on the EU Funding & Tenders portal and prepare insights for leadership
• Analyze, gather, and organize information for tender submissions focusing on administrative specifications
• Draft, format, review, and consolidate tender documents under tight deadlines including CVs and project references
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to obtain approvals before submission deadlines
