BlueView Talent is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with technical questions, product issues, and service concerns across phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
You will identify problems, provide step-by-step guidance, troubleshoot effectively, and ensure cases are resolved professionally in a fast-paced digital environment. The role requires Dutch and English language proficiency and EU/Portuguese residency eligibility.
Qualificações
- Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
Responsabilidades
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient technical support via multiple channels
- Assist users with product-related questions and platform issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems by identifying root causes and delivering clear, actionable steps
- Guide users through configurations, installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting
- Gather relevant information to diagnose issues and document resolutions in internal systems
- Explain technical solutions clearly and adapt to the customer’s knowledge level
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate specialist when needed
