BlueView Talent in Lisbon seeks a Technical Customer Specialist to be the primary contact for customers with technical questions or issues. You will assist users with troubleshooting, configurations, and product support to ensure clear and professional assistance.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, live chat, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases. Candidates should have Dutch and English proficiency, and EU/Portuguese residency eligibility.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Experience in CS or Tech CS is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and client-support ability.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with technical questions, product functionality, account access, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose technical issues by identifying the root cause and providing clear, step-by-step solutions.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Resolve technical concerns efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Accurately document customer interactions, technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex technical cases to specialized teams when further investigation is required.
• Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Follow established technical procedures, service standards, and company guidelines during all customer interactions.
• Identify recurring technical issues and provide relevant feedback to improve products, processes, and the overall customer experience.
• Stay up to date with product features, technical updates, troubleshooting procedures, and internal processes through continuous training and development.
