BlueView Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the main contact for customers, handling inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and other channels with empathy and professionalism.

You will identify needs, provide accurate solutions, document interactions in internal systems, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues within required timeframes. Fluency in Flemish (C1/C2) and English (B2) is mandatory, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Support customers throughout different processes, platforms, and services by providing clear and easy-to-understand guidance.
• Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and resolutions in the relevant internal systems.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or exceptional cases to the appropriate departments in line with established procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively and within the required timeframe.
• Achieve defined KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of company products, services, policies, procedures, and best practices through training and ongoing learning.
