BlueView Talent in Lisboa, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Specialist for our e-commerce project. You will assist online shoppers across inquiries about products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account requests, delivering fast, accurate support and clear resolutions.

Requirements include fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account-related requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, promotions, payment methods, delivery options, and return policies.
• Support customers with order tracking, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Escalate complex issues per company procedures and collaborate with logistics, payments, and order management teams.
