BlueView Talent seeks a Customer Specialist to be the main contact for customers, handling questions, requests and concerns across channels in a collaborative, service-focused environment.

You will provide accurate information, identify solutions, document interactions, and escalate complex cases to ensure a seamless experience.

Required: Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2); EU citizenship or Portuguese residency; a proactive, detail-oriented mindset for growth in CS.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders.
• Identify customer needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues per procedures and coordinate with internal teams.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction and achieve KPIs.
• Continuously learn about products, services, and policies.
