You will support inquiries across accounts, products, and services, while maintaining professional, empathetic communication in every interaction.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and cross-team collaboration, with ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and best practices in customer service.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive mindset with growth mindset in CS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Identify customer needs and offer accurate, timely solutions.
• Guide customers through processes across platforms with clear guidance.
• Document interactions, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases per established procedures and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues effectively.
• Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity and response times.
• Continuously learn about company products, policies, and best practices.
