BlueView Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to support Dutch and English speaking customers across channels, resolving inquiries and guiding users through products and services.
You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records, and strive to meet KPIs for satisfaction, response times, and quality, while benefiting from onsite work, language bonus, and ongoing professional development.
Qualificações
- Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
- EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
- Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
- Mindset: professional, detail-oriented and proactive.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding accounts, products and orders.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues within timeframes.
- Aim for KPIs related to satisfaction, service quality and response times.
- Pursue ongoing knowledge of products, policies, and best practices.
