BlueView Talent seeks a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with product questions and issues across phone, email, live chat, and other channels. You will troubleshoot problems, guide users through setups, and document resolutions in internal systems.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive mindset for CS field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist users with questions related to products, software, applications, devices, platforms, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by identifying root causes and providing clear, practical steps.
• Guide users through configurations, installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Gather relevant information from customers to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Explain technical solutions clearly, adapting to the customer’s level of knowledge.
• Document issues, steps, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to specialists or technical teams when needed.

Conhecimentos
