BlueView Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to be a key contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and concerns with empathy and clarity to deliver a seamless, professional support experience across channels. The ideal candidate speaks Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), is EU citizen or has Portuguese residency, and is eager to learn.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch at C1/C2 level and English at B2 level.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card is required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services with clear guidance.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality and satisfaction.
• Accurately document interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues within required timeframes.
• Aim for KPIs on customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Continuously learn about company products, services, and policies.
