BlueView Talent is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with technical questions, product issues, and platform concerns through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.

You will identify problems, provide clear, step-by-step guidance, and ensure cases are resolved efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment. This role emphasizes problem solving and customer satisfaction while offering growth in the CS field.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist users with questions related to products, software, applications, devices, platforms, and services.
• Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and providing step-by-step solutions.
• Guide users through configurations, installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Document issues and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
