Job summary

Concentrix in Lisbon is seeking a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads to support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products.

Your role includes troubleshooting, resolving issues and collaborating with Product Operations and Technical teams to optimize customer experience, while educating clients on features and best practices. This is a chance to grow within a global company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on paid campaign management experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital advertising.
• Experience in a Contact Center or with an Advertising Technology company.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

What will you do?

As a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads, you will support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues
• Supporting advertisers through email and chat
• Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products
• Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries
• Educating advertisers on product features and best practices
• Contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and service quality

What are we looking for?

You'll be a great match if you:

• Have C1 level Spanish and B2 level English, both written and spoken
• Have a degree in Marketing or a related field
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
• Have hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory)
• Have a good understanding of social media and digital advertising
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology
