Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads to support advertisers using the client’s digital advertising products. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist via email and chat, and help customers maximize value from ads.

The role requires English at C1, a Marketing degree, and hands-on digital marketing experience. It offers a €2,000 welcome bonus, paid training, and opportunities to grow within a global company.

Qualificações

• English at C1 level (written and spoken).
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory).
• Good understanding of social media and digital advertising.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Technology company is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology.

Responsabilidades

What will you do?

As a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads, you will support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products.

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues
• Supporting advertisers through email and chat
• Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products
• Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries
• Educating advertisers on product features and best practices
• Contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and service quality

What are we looking for?

You’ll be a great match if you:

• Have C1 level English, both written and spoken
• Have a degree in Marketing or a related field
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
