Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads to support advertisers using our client’s digital advertising products. You will troubleshoot issues, assist via email and chat, and educate customers on product features and best practices.

Qualifications

• Italian language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level, written and spoken.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Technology company.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues.
• Supporting advertisers through email and chat.
• Helping customers maximize value from advertising products.
• Collaborating with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries.

What will you do?

As a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads, you will support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues
• Supporting advertisers through email and chat
• Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products
• Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries
• Educating advertisers on product features and best practices
• Contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and service quality

What are we looking for?

You’ll be a great match if you:

• Have C1 level Italian and B2 level English, both written and spoken
• Have a degree in Marketing or a related field
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
• Have hands‑on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory)
• Have a good understanding of social media and digital advertising
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology
