Job summary

Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads to support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products. This on-site role sits in Parque das Nações and offers a clear path for growth.

You will troubleshoot and resolve technical and product issues, support advertisers by email and chat, and help customers get the most from our advertising tools while partnering with Product Operations and Technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on paid campaign management experience (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or advertising tech company is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

What will you do?

As a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads, you will support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues
• Supporting advertisers through email and chat
• Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products
• Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries
• Educating advertisers on product features and best practices
• Contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and service quality

What are we looking for?

You’ll be a great match if you:

• Have C1 level German and B2 level English, both written and spoken
• Have a degree in Marketing or a related field
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
• Have hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory)
• Have a good understanding of social media and digital advertising
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology
