Job summary

Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads to support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products in Lisbon. The role involves troubleshooting, coordinating with technical teams, and educating customers on best practices to maximize product value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Digital marketing experience required
• Hands-on paid campaign management experience
• Solid understanding of social media and digital advertising
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech company
• Strong problem solving and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues
• Supporting advertisers through email and chat
• Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products
• Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries

What will you do?
As a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads, you will support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues
• Supporting advertisers through email and chat
• Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products
• Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries
• Educating advertisers on product features and best practices
• Contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and service quality

What are we looking for?
You’ll be a great match if you:

• Have C1 level French and B2 level English, both written and spoken
• Have a degree in Marketing or a related field
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
• Have hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory)
• Have a good understanding of social media and digital advertising
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology
