Job summary

Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads to join our Lisbon on-site team. You will support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products and help them maximize value.

You will troubleshoot technical and product issues, respond to advertisers via email and chat, educate users on features, and collaborate with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• C1 level French and B2 level English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and paid campaign management (mandatory).

What are we looking for?

You’ll be a great match if you:

• Have C1 level French and B2 level English, both written and spoken
• Have a degree in Marketing or a related field
• Have experience in Digital Marketing
• Have hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory)
• Have a good understanding of social media and digital advertising
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology
