Job summary

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is needed to join AUTO1 Group's People team in Portugal. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a top-notch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, experience in talent acquisition, and fluency in Portuguese and English. The role offers a hybrid setup and a fixed-term contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese; professional English proficiency.
• Experience in automotive industry or high-volume recruitment is a plus.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Portugal. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Условия:

• Competitive salary and benefits package.
• Fixed-term contract: 6 months + 6 months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee after this period.
• Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Hybrid working model: work remotely one week per month.
