Job summary

Konecta Lisboa is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple international projects. You will design sourcing strategies, partner with leaders, and ensure a world-class candidate experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes delivering high-volume and specialized hiring within the BPO industry, with fluency in English and additional languages being a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in BPO or Contact Centre environments is preferred
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and tight deadlines
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
