Job summary

Compramososeucarro is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People team in Portugal. You will partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

This role features a fixed-term contract for 6 months + 6 months, with potential for permanent employment. The position is hybrid, based in Carnaxide, Portugal, with remote work one week per month, and standard work hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Portuguese native or fluent; professional English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and offers.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in ATS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team in Portugal. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Your new Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Your Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume or commercial roles is a plus; automotive industry experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
