AUTO1 Group in Portugal is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People team. You will partner with hiring managers to identify needs, build pipelines and ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

You will source talent across multiple channels, screen candidates, and manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. The role requires strong communication and Portuguese/English proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent via job boards, social media, events, and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in ATS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team in Portugal. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Fixed-term contract: 6 months + 6 months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee after this period.
• Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Hybrid working model: work remotely one week per month.
• Office location: Carnaxide, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume or commercial roles is a plus; automotive industry experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
