Qualifications

• Свободное владение английским и французским языками.

Responsibilities

• Согласование потребностей в найме с стратегией компании и консультирование менеджеров по планированию талантов.
• Разработка и публикация описаний вакансий на платформах (LinkedIn, сайт и пр.).
• Управление поиском, отбором, интервью и оценкой кандидатов совместно с нанимающими менеджерами.
• Сотрудничество с командой коммуникаций по кампаниям найма и брендингу работодателя.
• Обеспечение плавного пути кандидата и точного ввода данных в наши инструменты.
• Поддержка процесса закрытия и передача для ознакомления с процессом onboarding.
• Отслеживание ключевых метрик и представление аналитики комитетам по привлечению.

KLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines. Our mission is to assist with the IT transformation & activities of a worldwide bank capitalizing on all the skills from our international campus in Lisbon.

Задачи

• Align recruitment needs with company strategy and advise managers on talent planning;
• Co-create job descriptions and publish them across platforms (LinkedIn, website, etc.);
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation in coordination with hiring managers;
• Collaborate with the Communication team on recruitment campaigns and promote our employer brand;
• Ensure a smooth and engaging journey for candidates and maintain accurate data in our tools;
• Support the closing phase with the HR department and ensure a seamless handover for onboarding;
• Track key metrics and present insights to Sourcing Committees and leadership.

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology;
• Senior experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach;
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc…);
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Fluent in French.
