Job summary

AUTO1 Group in Portugal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

The role requires a degree in HR/psych/BA and experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, plus Portuguese and English proficiency. Hybrid work model with remote one week per month and a fixed-term start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume or commercial roles is a plus; automotive industry experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or fluent Portuguese.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess candidates through interviews and competency-based evaluations.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
