Qualifications

• C2 level of Swedish and min. B2 level of English.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business customers via inbound and outbound communication.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solution-oriented conversations.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities using internal SalesForce systems and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with teams to improve the customer journey and business results.
