Conectys is expanding its Lisbon hub to support a flagship global client. We seek experienced Team Managers to build and scale multilingual Inside Sales teams across Europe, including German, Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian and Dutch.

In this role you’ll own performance, coaching and client-facing outcomes, reporting to account leadership while scaling the team with recruitment support.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of people management experience in sales, inside sales, customer operations or account management environments.
• Experience leading sales teams with revenue, conversion or commercial targets.
• Native or C2 proficiency in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, plus business English (minimum B2).
• Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate (we’ll help).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage a demanding global client.

Responsabilidades

• Build, lead, coach and develop a newly formed team of Inside Sales Representatives.
• Drive commercial results and own team KPIs — conversion, call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction.
• Run daily huddles, 1:1s and performance reviews; spot coaching needs and build career paths for your team.
• Build strong client relationships within your market, act as the main escalation point, and ensure SLAs and governance commitments are delivered.
• Champion a genuinely multicultural and multilingual team culture
