Conectys is expanding its Lisbon hub to support one of our flagship global clients. We are looking for experienced Team Managers to build, lead and scale multilingual Inside Sales teams across multiple European markets, including German, Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian and Dutch.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of people management experience in sales or customer operations.
• Experience leading sales teams with revenue, conversion or commercial targets.
• Native or C2 in German, Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian or Dutch plus business-level English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Build, lead and develop a multilingual Inside Sales team.
• Drive commercial results and own KPIs — conversion, call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction.
• Run daily huddles, 1:1s and performance reviews; coach and build career paths.
• Build strong client relationships within your market and ensure SLAs and targets are met.
• Champion a multicultural and multilingual team culture.
