Job summary

Conectys in Lisbon is expanding its Inside Sales leadership team to build and scale multilingual squads across Europe. You will own performance, coaching, and results for a new team, reporting into account leadership and collaborating with recruitment as the team grows.

We seek leaders with 2–5 years of people management in sales who can drive revenue, meet targets, and coach in a fast-scaling, multilingual environment from Lisbon or via relocation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of people management experience in sales, inside sales, customer operations or account management environments.
• Experience leading sales teams with revenue, conversion or commercial targets.
• Native or C2 proficiency in German plus business-level English (minimum B2).
• Comfortable coaching performance and quality metrics in a fast-scaling, multilingual environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage a demanding global client and remain calm under scale-up pressure.
• Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate (we'll help).

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, coach and develop a newly formed team of Inside Sales Representatives supporting your assigned market.
• Drive commercial results and own team KPIs — conversion, call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction — and report directly to client leadership.
• Run daily huddles, 1:1s and performance reviews; spot coaching needs and build career paths for your team.
• Build strong client relationships within your market, act as the main escalation point, and ensure SLAs, performance targets and governance commitments are consistently delivered.
• Champion a genuinely multicultural and multilingual team culture.
