Conectys in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Representative to build relationships with business customers, identify opportunities, and guide them through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience.

The role requires fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2); it offers a hybrid work setup in Lisbon and a performance bonus on top of the base salary, with coaching and training opportunities to develop your skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum Spanish at C1 (written and spoken) and English at B2.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities and close sales.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and solution-oriented conversations.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities using internal CRM tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to improve the customer journey and business results.
