Job summary

Foundever is hiring for a Swedish Customer Support role to join a Nikon project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist customers via phone and email, solve product and service queries, and build friendly relationships with multilingual clients.

The ideal candidate is a native Swedish speaker with excellent English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to relocate to Lisbon. EU citizenship or valid Portugal work permit is required.

Qualifications

• Native Swedish speaker or fluent in Swedish with C2 level
• Advanced English (C1) in spoken and written communication
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone and written abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• EU citizenship or valid Portugal work permit; willingness to relocate to Lisbon

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about products and services via phone and email
• Identify and troubleshoot to provide effective solutions
