Qualifications

• Native or fluent Finnish (C2)
• Advanced level of English (C1) both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills – phone and written
• Analytical and problem solving with attention to detail
• EU citizenship or valid Portugal work permit
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, or be local

Responsibilities

• Support customers by answering questions regarding products and services via phone and email
