Foundever is seeking a French Customer Support specialist for a Lisbon-based role with remote-work options. You will answer questions via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, and build professional customer relationships daily.

Fluent French (C2) and English (C1) are required, along with top-notch communication and problem-solving skills. You must be prepared for relocation to Lisbon and have EU work eligibility or a Portugal permit.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of French (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1) both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversations, attentive listening and writing.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Desire to learn and advance; curious investigator and problem solver.
• High-speed internet and remote-work readiness.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Local candidate or willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
