Qualifications

• At least 12 months of direct customer service experience.
• Native Spanish level written and spoken communication.
• Minimum B2 Level English spoken and written.
• European Nationality or Portuguese Work Permit.
• Proactive attitude and strong team-spirit.
• Be organized and able to learn new processes and concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
• Ability to handle customers' emotions with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries via phone, e-mail or chat, identify the client’s problem; troubleshoot and document actions.
• Provide general and technical support to customers using our client’s paid products.
• Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures.
