Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop delivery strategies that meet customer needs during the RFP/Bid Defense cycle. You will bridge Sales, Medical, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution and support sales throughout the BD process.

You will guide a virtual team, leverage internal and external data, mentor the Project Leader, and contribute to client meetings and bid defenses. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required along with CRO background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global CRO experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in CRO or clinical operations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and drug development.

Responsibilities

• Actively collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations, and other functions to craft tailor-made project strategies.
• Scan landscape and develop long-term implementation strategies to maximize value.
• Maintain understanding of market trends impacting delivery strategies.
• Champion project centricity and enable delivery teams for awarded projects.
• Drive data-driven project strategy using internal and external sources.
• Mentor Project Leaders to confidently present strategies to clients and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer and bid defense meetings and trainings.
• Attend and lead bid/customer meetings as required.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure budgets meet financial goals including Gross New Business.
