Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience.
• Director-level experience in operational delivery and drug development (IMM).
• Experience in applicable therapeutic area (IMM).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to develop tailored strategies.
• Guide project teams to deliver compelling, feasible proposals.
• Scan landscape to develop long-term implementation strategies.
• Champions project centricity and enables delivery teams to execute strategy.
• Drive data utilization to build project strategy across external and internal sources.
• Mentor assigned Project Leader to present strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in preparation and conduct of customer and bid defense meetings.
• Attend and lead bid defense or client meetings as required.
• Identify quality issues and coach on corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Ensure budgets meet financial goals, including gross new business.
