Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies that meet customer needs during RFP/bid cycles. You will bridge sales, medical, and operations to ensure project execution, and support sales throughout business development.

You will lead a matrix team, leverage internal and external data, and mentor project leaders to present strategies to clients and stakeholders. Strong English required; Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global CRO exposure.
• Experience in operational delivery or drug development in the applicable therapeutic area (IMM).
• Strong English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to craft tailor-made strategies for proposals.
• Scan the therapeutic and operational landscape to develop long-term delivery strategies.
• Guide and mentor the Project Leader to present the project strategy to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist Sales in customer and bid defense meetings, including training the project team.
• Identify and address quality issues within studies and implement corrective actions.
