Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services, seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement delivery strategies during RFP/Bid Defense cycles. You will bridge sales, medical, and operations to ensure seamless project execution and support sales throughout the business development process.

We value deep knowledge of the biopharma landscape and strong leadership, with the ability to guide project teams and present compelling strategies to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience (director level).
• Hands-on operational delivery and/or drug development experience in applicable therapeutic area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations and other functions to craft tailor-made strategies.
• Scan landscape to develop long-term implementation strategies maximizing value.
• Monitor market trends affecting delivery strategies for competitive advantage.
• Champion project centricity and guide project delivery teams post-award.
• Leverage data to build project strategy; balance external research with internal data.
• Mentor Project Leader to present strategy to clients and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in customer meetings, training, and bid defense preparation.
• Attend and lead bid defense or customer meetings as required.
• Identify quality issues in studies and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure budgets meet financial goals including Gross New Business.
